The Path Practice

Therapy that explore life’s deeper questions with openness, clarity and warmth

Manchester and Online

I’m Ellis Owen-Morgan, a UK-based psychotherapist with 15 years’ experience in therapeutic practice.

I’m passionate about supporting people to explore the core aspects of life—meaning, purpose, and the wider perspectives that shape how we understand ourselves.

My work often engages with questions that feel philosophical or spiritually oriented, offering space for reflection, clarity, and growth.

I offer in person sessions in Manchester and online sessions across the UK and internationally.

What is The Path Practice?

Therapy with me is an opportunity to explore in a safe and relaxed way whatever is going on for you - which probably comprises a whole host of feelings about who you are and your life experience - past, present and possible future.

Within these explorations there will also be a broader and deeper focus available - where we can get clearer about your perspective on life, what matters to you, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of living as you’d like.

I draw on four core principles that underpin my approach and are shared across many spiritual and philosophical traditions. I call these the Inner Path Principles: Presence, Acceptance, Trust and Home.

Who is The Path Practice for?

I welcome anyone to get in touch who is interested in therapy with me - and it might be that one or more of the following will resonate with you:

  • You’re ready to address challenges in your life and are curious whether therapy that welcomes exploration of life’s deeper questions might be helpful.

  • You’re curious about engaging with the PATH Principles in your life.

  • You’re looking for a therapist with experience in supporting exploration of values or philosophical and spiritual perspectives.

  • You’d like space to reflect on the bigger picture of your life, perhaps during a period of change or transition.

  • You’re experiencing tension between your philosophical or spiritual outlook and other areas of your life, and would value support in working through this.

These are just some of the reasons someone might choose to work with me. In our sessions, you’re welcome to bring all areas of your life—not only those that feel philosophical or spiritual.
